A few words about me.
I didn’t arrive at Calm Communication through theory.
I’ve been where you may be now:
emotionally aware, socially capable, yet blocked or disconnected in key moments.
Over the years, I combined:
• Deep inner work and emotional regulation.
• Coaching and embodied inquiry.
• And more than 15 years working with international organisations, multicultural teams and complex human systems.
Living in multiple countries, working across cultures, facilitating groups and teams, and continuing my own daily inner practice.
Calm Communication is the integration of lived experience,
a way to relate.
