This website, Ismael Social (hereinafter, “the Site”), is managed by Ismael Sayyad Hernando (hereinafter, “the Owner”). Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
The user agrees to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner.
The Owner may suspend or terminate a user’s access if improper or fraudulent use is detected.
3. Services
The Site offers individual coaching services and online training in social skills and human connection.
The Owner reserves the right to modify, expand, or temporarily or permanently withdraw the service offering without prior notice.
4. Payments
Services are contracted through the payment methods available on the Site (credit card, PayPal, or any others indicated).
All prices are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes according to current regulations.
Services will not be provided until payment has been confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable.
For group programs or trainings, the specific terms indicated for each service will apply.
6. Intellectual Property
The contents of the Site—including texts, images, logos, training materials, and design—are the property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited without express permission.
7. Warranties and Liability
The Owner provides services with the highest level of professionalism but does not guarantee specific results, as these depend on the client’s commitment and active participation.
The Site may contain links to external websites over which the Owner has no control or responsibility.
8. Modifications
The Owner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Burgos, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.
